Synergetic approach is especially evident in the area of real estate valuation. Constituents and legal and material elements of the real estate, many components of these objects imply the emergence of new qualities (high value) of the unique real estate. It is proposed to analyze the synergy of different levels in determining the value of real estate, with the inclusion of the principle of synergy in a set of principles for determining the property value.
